HDD DRILL Pipe end upsetting technology, self connecting mode and heat treatment have been used in the manufacture of this kind of HDD drill rod. Thus, our drill rods in different specifications possess excellent mechanical properties.

Double-step structure is used for its male and female threads, so this kind of drill rod has optimal sealing property and after torsion, there is little transformation in the rod.

Chemical plating (electroless plating) is used on the surfaces of threads so as to improve the hardness of surface and abrasive resistance of thread.
