Self-Restrained joint ductile iron pipe:
Ductile iron pipeline systems, including pipes, fittings,
accessories and joints, consist of various materials.When used for
conveying water intended for human consumption, the materials in
contact with the water shall meet the relevant requirements of the
national standards or regulations in the country of use with
respect to effect on water quality. When used under the conditions
for which they are designed, in permanent or in temporary contact
with water intended for human consumption, ductile iron pipes,
fittings and their joints shall not have detrimental effects on the
properties of that water for its intended use. Restrained joint in
which means provided to prevent separation of the assembled joint.
All restrained joints shall be designed to be at least
semi-flexible. Produce according to the customer’s requirement.
Technique specification:
First, install the locks on the connection section of two pipes,
screw the short bolt, then push the locks to the spigot end and
socket end separately,adjust the bolt hole place of long bolt on
the spigot end and socket end, make sure the holes on two sides are
concentric, screw the long bolt, fasten the bolt on socket end
first, then the spigot end, at last fasten all the short bolts.

1) The standard of pipe: ISO 2531, EN545 , EN598.
2) Pipe class: K9, C40, C30, C25, etc.
3) High strength, lighter than gray iron, good corrosion
resistance, no furring, small flow resistance, easy fixing, long
life time
4) Checked by automatic inspection equipment.

Usage:
Much of the production of ductile iron is in the form of ductile
cast iron pipe, used for water and sewer lines. Ductile cast iron
pipe is stronger and easier to tap, requires less support and
provides greater flow area compared with pipes made from other
materials like PVC, concrete, polyethylene or steel. Ductile Iron
